The Honeysuckle: honey vodka, elderflower, rose and raspberries shaken and strained over Perrier Jouet Champagne -  served at Kitt's on Sloane Street, London SW1.

The Burlington: Bison Grass vodka, lime, apple and mint.  Try it at The Burlington Club, New Burlington Street, London W1.

Pieces of Eight: rum, brandy, and peach liquor topped up with a bottle of champagne. This is a house special at the Polynesian-themed Mahiki bar (Mahiki means route to the underground.)

The club is a favourite with Princes William and Harry. Mahiki's is in Dover Street, London W1.
